Leather Headband
The leather is genuine reindeer leather, which feels wonderfully soft. Reindeer leather is the most ecological of leathers and extremely durable. The reindeer leather used in the headbands is surplus leather from the meat industry, sourced from Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
The headbands use both reindeer suede and nappa leather. The headband is a fully finished trendy genuine leather hair accessory that crowns your outfit. Univormu’s headband widens towards the center. The headband has a beautifully lined interior. The ends of the headband made from velvety reindeer leather are finished with leather sleeves. The inner headband is chosen to be as flexible as possible and not press behind the ears. The headband length is slightly shorter than some headbands on the market. This way it doesn’t extend as far behind the ears and doesn’t press behind the ears like longer headbands.
High-quality reindeer leather headband handcrafted in Finland. Each headband is a unique piece. Available colors are always small batches and colors change. We also use leathers that have been dyed in larger batches for specific needs by others but have been left over. These “surplus” leathers outside the color charts are utilized and small batches of headbands are made from them.

- Leather headband width: approximately 8 cm at the widest point. Depending on the thickness of the leather, the width may vary and be slightly narrower in some qualities.

Material
- 100% reindeer leather
- Colors: Black structure, dark blue structure, rough cognac, and red wine are deer leather. This is slightly thicker leather so the scarf headband is also fuller in these styles.

Colors
- Available colors: available colors vary. Some colors are kept in stock longer, while others are made into headbands in small batches only.
- Colors left over from the leather industry are utilized and headbands are made from these.
Care Instructions
Reindeer leather has some dirt and water repellent treatment. Don’t touch the band with greasy or dirty hands as the leather can retain marks. Wipe stains carefully with a damp cloth. No water washing. Avoid contact with hairspray.
