Reindeer leather headband “ruttu”

The leather is genuine reindeer leather, which feels wonderfully soft. Reindeer leather is the most ecological of leathers and extremely durable. The reindeer leather used in the headbands is surplus leather from the meat industry, sourced from Finland, Sweden, and Norway.

This headband is a fully finished trendy genuine leather hair accessory that crowns your outfit. Univormu’s headband widens toward the center. The band has a beautifully lined interior. The ends of the band made from velvety reindeer leather are finished with leather caps. The inner band is chosen to be as flexible as possible and doesn’t press behind the ears. The band’s length is slightly shorter than some bands on the market. This means it doesn’t extend as far behind the ears and doesn’t press on them like longer headbands do.

High-quality reindeer leather headband handcrafted in Finland. Each band is a unique piece. Some colors won’t be restocked. We also use leathers that have been dyed in larger batches for specific needs by others but have been left over. These “surplus” leathers outside the color charts are utilized and made into small batches of headbands.

Color shades are followed by codes warm (L), cool (K), neutral (N) to help with color temperature levels.
