Each Univormu product is made to order individually for the customer. The order is binding and cannot be canceled once it has been sent to the seamstress in the order queue. Payment is made in advance in the online store. When ordering Univormu products outside the online store, an invoice will be sent by email after the order is sent to the seamstress. Payment is made in advance before the products arrive to the customer. Payment term 7 days.
If a larger batch of fabric is ordered for the customer (e.g., for special colors), an advance payment for the fabric is required. For standard models and colors, delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks. If fabric or zipper in a special color is ordered for the customer, delivery time is approximately 4–6 weeks. Customers are always informed about specially ordered colors so they can prepare for a longer delivery time. In urgent cases, please contact us in advance and we will try to expedite your order.
Products are delivered primarily as a package to a selected Posti/Matkahuolto pickup point or as a letter to the mailbox. Shipping costs €6.90 (incl. 24% VAT). All shipments include a tracking number; please request separately if you wish to receive the tracking number yourself.
