“A dress developed during corona, which is a new version of all previous Univormu work dresses. Traveling wasn’t possible during corona but you can always get to the sunshine of Naantali. This is a perfect dress to wear with bare legs in summer thanks to the dress design.”

Information about the dress material and details

Easy-care dress made from durable workwear fabric that withstands use both in terms of fabric and stitching. The women’s workwear material is structured and easy to use – a quick-drying fabric that doesn’t chafe. You can hang this on a hanger in the evening after washing to dry and put it on in the morning without ironing. Öko-Tex 100 standard certified fabric, meaning the fabric contains no harmful pesticide, heavy metal, or formaldehyde residues.

The women’s work dress has an O-shaped neckline and two large hidden side pockets. The hem lengthens and curves round at the back. The zipper in the dress opens from both top and bottom. The dress is adjusted to fit with a drawstring inside. The pinafore dress has small pleats at the front bottom. There are darts at the bust for added fit. The dress design works well for many different body types. Due to its curved hem, this dress is the “most dress-like” of Univormu’s dresses and doesn’t require leggings underneath in summer heat.

Sizes and customization

The model in the picture is 162 cm tall, wearing size S in length 95 cm.

If you have previously used a Univormu dress, please check the size of this dress again. The dress has a different design than previous pinafore dresses, and the size you previously used may not correspond to the size of this new dress model.

How to choose the right size dress!

Using the instructions below, you can choose the right size for you:

Measure CAREFULLY according to the instructions. Univormu products are made to order and their widths or lengths cannot be changed afterwards. Please note that custom-made workwear has no right of return if you have chosen the wrong size.

  1. Measure bust circumference (BC) and hip circumference (HC). Take measurements over underwear

  • BC = bust circumference is measured at the widest part of the bust
  • HC = hip circumference is measured at the widest part of the hips over the buttocks

Both measurements are important. A too tight bust circumference makes the dress feel cramped. With the right bust circumference, the dress fits beautifully. The hip circumference provides comfortable room to move for the legs and hem.

Example: The model in the picture has an HC measurement of 95 cm and is wearing a size S dress. According to the measurements, size XS would also fit according to hip measurements. However, the dress fits very beautifully straight in size S as well without having to customize the dress.

  1. Choose the right length

The measurements below are only RECOMMENDED lengths. If you want the dress to be slightly longer, nothing prevents you from choosing a longer version of the dress.

The dress measurement is from the front. The hem of the dress curves a few centimeters longer in the back than in the front.
