Products in stock are shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
For back-ordered items, delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Customers will be contacted separately regarding any deviations from these delivery times.
In exceptional circumstances, delays in delivery times will be announced separately in the top banner of the website.
Shipping costs of €6.90 will be added to your order at checkout. Products are delivered to the pickup point selected by the customer. Please note that delivery lockers are sometimes full and Univormu cannot influence if the package is redirected elsewhere.
All shipments include a tracking number. Please request it separately if you need the tracking number.
For uncollected, returned orders, €10 less than the original payment will be refunded. Handling uncollected packages is very labor-intensive and time-consuming.
For hygiene reasons, headbands cannot be returned.
Customized products and colors cannot be returned.
Workwear is made to order according to measurements and cannot be returned. Please measure carefully. You can also contact us and we’ll help you find the right size together.
Ready-made leather bags, toiletry bags, eyeglass cases, and leather pouches in stock can be returned unused within 14 days at your own expense. Please contact us by email first.
If you back-order a product, the right of return is void as the product is made specifically for you.
If a larger batch of fabric is ordered for a customer from outside Univormu’s color range, an advance payment for the fabric is required.
In urgent cases, please contact us in advance and we will try to expedite your order.
