Ordering

Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying for the shopping cart contents in the online store checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and delivery costs. Both email and phone number are required for the order. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The online store’s payment service provider is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay’s online service, and on bank statements and invoices, the payee appears as Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy. Visma Pay transfers payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information related to the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no external party can see the payment transaction details.

The purchase is made between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase.

Payment Methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Invoice for businesses.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online store payments in the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Jousto invoice and installment is a domestic service that allows you to make purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances impeccably. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With installments, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from €9.90/month. Jousto installment costs are €3.90/month and 19.90% interest rate. Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3–5 business days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order, the delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method. You can see the delivery costs in the online store checkout before final confirmation of the order.

If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported without delay, but within 14 days to the online store. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with consumer protection law. Returns do not apply to products made specifically for the customer, nor to face masks and headbands for hygiene reasons. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online store first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and account number for a possible refund. Returns are subject to a fee.

Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints

Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled with a written notice by email.

The online store has statutory liability for defects in sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to bring any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

Enterpay Invoice for Businesses

You can pay for purchases with a regular invoice addressed directly to your business. The invoice payment term is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoicing fee is €5.00.
