You can shape the nose area<\/strong> of the cloth mask with wire to fit you if needed. For this purpose, there is a channel for wire on the inside of the cloth mask. A reusable bread bag clip works best for this purpose. The bread bag clip doesn’t need to be removed during washing if you wash in a washing machine in a wash bag at 60 degrees. The bread bag clip withstands several washes before it starts to stiffen, at which point you can replace it with a new one when the mask is clean. <\/p>\n

Attach the cloth mask with clean hands and adjust it to fit both from the elastic bands and the nose area. The cloth mask must not be removed during use and the fabric parts must not be touched as this increases the possibility of impurities in front of the respiratory tract. The cloth reusable mask must not get wet because then it lets microbes through more easily and it must be washed ALWAYS after one use. Bring along a bag where you put the mask after use. When removing the face mask, touch only the elastic band. The ecological cloth mask is personal. <\/p>\n

If you have poor general health, cardiovascular diseases, asthma or symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, these may be obstacles to using a face mask. These diseases can make breathing through the mask more difficult. <\/p>\n
